§1 General Information

  1. This document sets out the rules for the processing of personal data of www.ammacars.pl users in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (RODO).

§2 Scope of data processed

  • phone number,
  • The content of messages sent via the contact form,
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, device data).

§3 Purposes of data processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Provide answers to inquiries sent via the contact form.
  2. Fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., archiving of correspondence).
  3. Realization of legitimate interests of the administrator (e.g. analysis of site statistics).

§4 Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with Article 6(1) of the RODO:

  • Letter a – consent of the data subject,
  • Letter b – the necessity for the performance of the contract or pre-contractual actions,
  • Letter f – legitimate interest of the administrator.

§5 Recipients of data

  1. Data may be shared with IT, hosting and service providers – only on the basis of data processing entrustment agreements.
  2. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

§6 User rights

Each user has the following rights:

  • access to their data,
  • data rectification,
  • Deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
  • processing restrictions,
  • data portability,
  • Object to the processing of data,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the DPA.

§7 Data retention period

Data will be processed:

  • Until the withdrawal of consent (if the data is processed on the basis of consent),
  • for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than 5 years from the last contact.

§8 Voluntariness of providing data

The provision of personal data by the user is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form.


§9 Safeguards

The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the RODO.
